Don founded Comspek International in New Zealand in 2001 following a successful career in the UK with the global recruitment giant, Allegis Group. Don brings a powerful combination of tenacity, wit and business savvy to everything he does. Don believes in prioritising relationships at all levels, be it with his team, clients, or candidates. In his free time, you can find Don recharging with socialising, exercising in the gym or enjoying the beautiful New Zealand outdoors by exploring a tramping trail with his family and dogs or attempting to catch a fish or two.
