Our client in the e-Commerce space is looking for a Key Account Manager to manage 5 key account brands under their agency retainer.About the role: Road map short and long-term strategies with each client, utilising their production tools: Monday.com.Define client’s requirements, performance objectives, and core business goals and KPI's.Responsible for improving and growing the Support and Success DepartmentWork with key team members to design strategic approaches to generate results and drive business growth for each client.Manage and send business audits and proposals to existing clientsResponsible for quality assurance and take ownership and responsibility for final work delivered to clients.Hold weekly meetings with key clients to discuss projects being worked on or that have been completed.Meet or exceed set monthly sales targets set by the Sales Manager.Internal career growth availableCompetitive on target earnings If this sounds like you, then apply now!
