CMS Chapter Lead
We are looking for an experienced Chapter Lead for Adobe Experience Manager.  As the Chapter Lead you help drive CMS applications. You will have an in-depth knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager it's features, roadmap and how to build solutions without having to re-invent the wheel. You will be the perfect mix of developer, leader, policy, standards and best practice setter. You will serve as the technology leader for the AEM stack and the people leader of the Chapter members. Java development experience is a must and Implementing headless and hybrid solutions using SPA Editor and React will be highly beneficial.The role of the Chapter Lead Adobe Experience Manager will sit within one of our key Digital team. Your responsibilities: You will primarily focus on Adobe Experience Manager which includes Content Management System, Digital Asset Manager, AEM Forms & Java development within the application. Having knowledge of the integration to Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics will be highly beneficial.Defining and driving Operational Health of the related systems including Application Monitoring, Performance and Resilience, application lifecycle and sustain, incident and problem management.Goal Setting, Coaching your chapter members, development practice and standards, people/craft improvement, enabling Agile through continuous practice improvement and related tooling (e.g. CICD).Develop, document, and implement AEM solutions, review code and mentor developers within your team.Provide guidance to architecture for CMS applications, Supporting the Digital team by enabling capability and integration.About you : A collaborative leader who has a proven track record in building teams. Experience of developing business critical, high-volume, low-latency applications on a similar scale to our client in a DevOps environment is essential.You will be able to demonstrate your achievements delivering end-to-end solutions in complex technical and process environments.A deep understanding of CMS, DAM and Digital Form concepts.Strong Java software development expertise, particularly using the Enterprise Edition.Preferably you will have extensive AEM / Adobe product knowledge, specifically: Content authoring; Custom workflows; Apache Sling; OSGI; SPA / AEM SPA Editor; Digital Asset Manager, Smart content and asset insights; Information Architecture; AEM Forms.Experience in test-driven development (TTD) methodologies using JUnit and Mockito and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, particularly using the Java language preferred.Knowledge in some of the technologies: SPA Editor, React, JavaScript & CSS is beneficial.If most of the above sounds like you, APPLY NOW !Â
