Change Manager / Senior Change Analyst
Our client is looking an experienced Change Manager / Senior Change Analyst to create and implement a comprehensive Change Adoption Plan for their Data Risk Uplift Programme. The outcome of which is end user adoption of initiatives within this programme, resulting in compliance with the Data Risk Management Policy and related requirements.Key Accountability's:Communication- Assess, plan and deliver engagement and communication activitiesCapability- Build the data management capability company-wide though general and targeted education / training activitiesEmbedding- Plan and deliver activities to reinforce and embed Data Risk Management into their companies DNAThis will be an initial 12 month contract based in Auckland with WFH flexibility.
