Job description
We’re looking for TWO experienced ServiceNow Developer / Administrator.
Location: Auckland / Wellington
You’ll be responsible for maintaining, configuring, and enhancing the ServiceNow platform to support IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), automation, and enterprise workflows.
This role offers the opportunity to shape how the platform evolves — ensuring stability, driving improvements, and developing new features that align with business needs.

What you’ll do
- Maintain and configure the ServiceNow platform to support ITSM and CSM processes.
- Develop and enhance workflows, catalogue items, and automation capabilities.
- Work closely with stakeholders to design and implement platform improvements.
- Ensure platform stability, security, and compliance with best practices.
- Support integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.
- Contribute to ServiceNow upgrades and feature releases.
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years’ experience administering and developing on the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM modules – Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, and Knowledge.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML/CSS, and ServiceNow client/server scripting.
- Experience creating and modifying catalogue items, flows, and reports.
- Familiarity with platform integrations (Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers).
- Understanding of ServiceNow architecture and the upgrade lifecycle.
