We are looking for a talented Account Manager to join our client in sunny Nelson. In this role you’ll be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.

What you’ll be doing

• Identifying and capitalising on new market opportunities.
• Maintain regular contact with clients and prospects to promote sales and service activities.
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with key clients.

What we’re looking for
 

• Proven experience in key account management, ideally in telecommunications or technology.
• Demonstrated success in technical sales and solution-based selling.
• Strong ability to interpret and communicate technical information.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organised, analytical, and detail-focused with strong time management.
• Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• A background in radio communications is an advantage – training will be provided.
