What we're looking for:
- Proven lean/agile experience, preferably some relation to SAFe and Scrum
- Good communication and documentation skills, including concise user stories, acceptance criteria covering functional & non-functional requirements
- Experienced user with such tools as Jira and Visio
- Ability to do and understand Customer Journeys
- Ideally customer portal and/or Salesforce community experience
- UX/UI expertise
