The role:
- Own the delivery of transformation initiatives for cross functional teams and departments.
- Provide the tooling, guidance and structure to help guide leaders through this change.
- Oversee the planning and implementation while coordinating with others to resolve issues and roadblocks.
- Change Management activities will also be a priority including the change process and communications plans.
- Experience with Agile transformation and ways of working change is ideal.
