We are looking for an AI Team Lead to spearhead our journey in leveraging Microsoft’s AI ecosystem, with a focus on Microsoft 365 Copilot and the wider M365 suite. You’ll manage and mentor a small team of two specialists, driving adoption, integration, and continuous improvement of AI-driven solutions that transform how we work.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coach a team of two AI specialists, fostering growth, collaboration, and delivery excellence.
• Own the strategy and delivery of M365 Copilot adoption, embedding AI capability into day-to-day business operations.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities to streamline workflows, boost productivity, and unlock value from M365 AI tools.
• Oversee solution design and governance, ensuring security, compliance, and best practice.
• Support initiatives in the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) to extend and complement Copilot capability.
• Stay ahead of emerging Microsoft AI features and translate them into practical, scalable business outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience leading small teams or mentoring technical specialists.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 and hands-on experience with Copilot implementation and adoption.
• Exposure to Power Platform tools is highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical potential into clear business value.
• A passion for AI and modern workplace technologies, with a pragmatic approach to delivery.
