Job description
We have several Application Support Analyst roles going in Dunedin on 12 month contracts (hourly paid).
The Application Support Analysts will help deliver a large-scale digital transformation programme. You’ll play a key role ensuring essential applications are stable, well-supported, and ready for go-live — working across both technical and operational teams.
It’s a great opportunity for someone with a few years’ experience who’s ready to step up and take ownership in a complex, fast-moving environment.

What you’ll bring:
- A tertiary qualification in IT, computer science, or a related field
- Around 2–5 years’ experience in application or systems support
- Solid understanding of system integration's and business processes
- Strong communication skills and a calm, methodical approach to problem-solving
What you’ll do:
- Provide second-level support for business applications
- Work closely with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues
- Assist with configuration, testing, and implementation activities
- Contribute to documentation, training, and readiness work
