We're looking for an Enterprise Architect with strong HR systems expertise. You'll need to demonstrate Enterprise HR system architecture experience and come from a strong technical background. You will be working on our clients new ERP programme for the HR functional block and also with wider HR system infrastructure - in particular, deploying a new cloud based solution and integration with the existing learning management toolset. Key attributes include maturity, strong verbal and written communication skills, flexibility, collaboration and negotiation skills and the ability to work with difficult business stakeholders.
