• Drive the development of automation solutions for a variety of tasks, with a focus on end-to-end transaction processes.
• Demonstrate a track record of successfully leading substantial automation initiatives, resulting in significant manual task reduction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver automation solutions that meet the needs of diverse business units.
• Explore and integrate emerging technologies such as AI, ML and Chatbots to continuously enhance automation capabilities.
• Develop automation solutions across multiple technology stacks, encompassing both cloud and on-premises environments.
