Our leading client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join an existing team here in the Wellington CBD.

You will be working on a transformation project on "go to market" initiatives for supporting customers and providing service management activities. This will encompass looking at the current mode of operation and how the future mode of operation will work.

About you:

• At least 5 years of experience as a BA, including within an Agile environment. 
• Experience with UX, Service Design Thinking, and Modern Service Management concepts. 
• A good understanding of ITIL3 and ITIL4 Frameworks.
• Effective stakeholder engagement.

This will initially be a 6 month contract with the potential to extend for another 6 months.
