You will be working on a transformation project on "go to market" initiatives for supporting customers and providing service management activities. This will encompass looking at the current mode of operation and how the future mode of operation will work.
- At least 5 years of experience as a BA, including within an Agile environment.
- Experience with UX, Service Design Thinking, and Modern Service Management concepts.
- A good understanding of ITIL3 and ITIL4 Frameworks.
- Effective stakeholder engagement.
