Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in user story creation and a passion for driving business success through technology? We are currently seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our client's team.

As the Business Analyst, you will be responsible for working closely with key stakeholders to identify and document business requirements, translating them into user stories for software development teams. You will work with software vendors to ensure that their solutions meet the business needs and are delivered on time and within budget. You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring that all requirements are met to the highest standard.
The successful candidate will have a strong business-focused mindset, and experience in delivering complex software development projects. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements
• Translating business requirements into user stories for software development teams
• Working with software vendors to ensure their solutions meet business needs and are delivered on time and within budget
• Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure project success
• Identifying and managing project risks and issues
• Ensuring that project documentation is up to date and accurate
• Providing regular progress updates to stakeholders

The ideal candidate will possess:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in business analysis
• Strong experience in user story creation and software development projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• A proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard
• Experience working with software vendors and managing vendor relationships
• A business-focused mindset with a strong understanding of technology's role in driving business success
