Our client is seeking a Business Analyst proficient in process management, particularly experienced in vendor Request for Proposal (RFP) procedures, to excel in the following key responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Actively engage in external vendor RFP procedures, including the provision of clarifications and responses to vendor inquiries.

• Collaborate with various business units to compile Data Product requests alongside Data Domain leaders, documenting them for external vendor development.

• Support the documentation of comprehensive business demand requests to facilitate appropriate prioritisation through governance forums.

• Streamline and enhance the end-to-end data factory demand process, encompassing prioritisation, construction, and deployment.

• Define and document the acceptance criteria for Data Asset business requirements.

• Collaborate with the Organisational Change Management (OCM) lead to broaden business awareness regarding the benefits of Data Assets.

• Advocate for increased business utilisation and adoption of Data Assets.

Desired Skills and Characteristics:

• Proficiency in business process management, encompassing mapping and documentation.

• Capability to plan and conduct business workshops for capturing and documenting Data Asset-related business demands.

• Demonstrated strength in stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence a diverse range of stakeholders, including those from business, procurement, technology, data, testing, and external vendor teams.

• A valuable understanding of data and analytics processes and environments.

• Previous experience with vendor RFP procedures is a ideal.
