Our client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Salesforce knowledge, a solid understanding of data and process flows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Map end-to-end system, process, and data flows across integrated platforms.
• Gather and document detailed business and technical requirements for new and updated features.
• Contribute to solution design alongside architects, product owners, UX designers, and developers.
• Support consistent object/field setup in Salesforce and maintain documentation in tools like Confluence.
• Assist with user story creation, backlog prioritisation, and MVP definition.
• Triage and resolve data issues and system bugs as part of BAU support.

Ideal Skills & Experience:

• Proven BA experience across complex systems and cross-functional teams.
• Strong Salesforce understanding (objects, fields, user access, etc.).
• Solid data analysis and process mapping capability.
• Comfortable bridging front-end (UX) and back-end requirements.
• Agile or hybrid delivery experience preferred.
