We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the delivery of key work streams across major programmes and initiatives. This role plays a critical part in ensuring services, processes, and technology are ready for successful implementation.
 
You will work closely with delivery teams, vendors, and stakeholders to provide business analysis, change support, and implementation readiness across the organisation.
 

Key Responsibilities
 

• Elicit, analyse, and document business and system requirements
• Support implementation activities including process design, readiness, testing, and transition planning
• Develop and maintain key artefacts, including:
  
  • Process maps
  • Impact assessments
  • Communications plans
  • Training materials

• Work closely with delivery teams, vendors, and programme stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth roll-out
• Support stakeholder engagement, workshops, and change management activities
• Contribute to change readiness and adoption initiatives

 
About You
 
 
You are a proactive and collaborative professional with strong analytical and communication skills, who thrives in complex environments.
 
Required Experience:
 

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Change Analyst, or Systems Analyst within programmes or implementations
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience supporting system or service implementations, training, or change readiness
• Ability to work effectively in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
