Change Analyst / Manager

Job description

Our leading client is looking for a Change Manager to set up a Business Change and Communications Plan and then work through the delivery of it.
The role will work on a move from their legacy system to ServiceNow and all the related business change activity around this, including analysis in terms of fleshing out change requirements.  

About you: 
  • A solid understanding of business and people change 
  • Expert knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Proven stakeholder management expertise, including the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Experience with large-scale organisational change efforts
