We're on the hunt for an experienced Change Manager to join our Government client here in Wellington CBD.
Ideally you'll be someone who has strong experience building and maintaining effective relationships with change partners and stakeholders. You'll also be someone who has the ability to think strategically and communicate with diverse audiences. This is an influential role where you will play a key part in helping leaders to effectively understand the impact of change for the people within the organisation, and help to develop change plans and interventions to imlement and embed change.
Requirements for this role:
- Proven change management experience in a wide range of projects and initiatives - across business or technology change.
- A sound understanding of change approaches, and strong experience working with change partners to deliver holistic change.
- Skills in influencing, leading, and managing people to do the best they can to deliver change.
- Ability to operate successfully in a team and larger project environments.
