Job description

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a transformation programme comprising multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with overall programme and business goals.
  • Guide and coach junior Change Managers, supporting the improvement of change frameworks and tools currently being piloted.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement activities across multiple programme workstreams, ensuring buy-in and alignment.
  • Create and deliver tailored communication plans to support awareness and adoption.
  • Develop training programs and support materials to ensure end-user readiness.
  • Conduct change impact assessments and devise effective mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor progress, track KPIs, and report on change effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure integration of change management into project delivery.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a senior Change Manager working across complex programmes.
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to influence and coach others.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to challenge constructively.
  • Experience working in Agile environments with highly structured ways of working.
  • Background in coaching or mentoring within a change management context.
