As the Chapter Lead across Network Management & Design this role will be a combination of technical hands on leadership, team management and having responsibility for owning and accountability of the delivery.
What you will be responsible for:
- Implementing tactical and transformational initiatives to improve current Operations capability
- Ensuring the resolution of operational Incidents, problem Tickets, Service Catalogue tasks and day-to-day challenges / problems
- Work with Product and Service Design teams in development of new Products and Services
