Job description
We’re looking for a CRM Manager to lead the strategy, deliver and optimise the Salesforce environment.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for strategic leadership focusing on maximising ROI and shaping the future-state architecture for the CRM platform.

Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in Salesforce leadership
- Lead and develop the CRM team
- Work closely with the architecture team to overview the CRM and ITSM environment
- Provide strategic and high-level solution approaches to projects and senior stakeholders
- Create and manage the work breakdowns to support the growth and development of the tools
- Conduct regular reviews of the platform, procedures and controls.
- Produce Statement of Work for the deliverables of external contractors/partners. Manage business & technical relationships with partners and/or the company’s CRM & ITSM platforms
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex digital strategies into clear, actionable outcomes
- Relevant tertiary qualification in business, digital, or technology disciplines (preferred but not essential)
