Job description

We are looking for a Customer Support wizard to work with our client here in Wellington in the Education Product area. They are growing and need passionate people to take them to the next level.
Customer happiness and satisfaction is what you’ll strive for working on site and remotely to equip customers with what they need to get started and go further.

In this role you will:
  • Take customers through setup and on-boarding both remote and in person
  • Design and refine help and on-boarding content inside the product
  • Anticipate the needs of our most important customers and proactively connect with their teams.
  • Support our customers day to day with their questions and solve gnarly technical issues simply
  • Manage clients, be in involved in active sales 
To succeed in the role you will need:
  • To build empathy for your customers and understand their needs
  • Reduce complexity and provide simple solutions for our customers, delighting them in the process
  • The ability to confidently present to groups of customers and get them excited about the product.
  • Savvy with digital products and a desire to learn
