In this role you will:
- Take customers through setup and on-boarding both remote and in person
- Design and refine help and on-boarding content inside the product
- Anticipate the needs of our most important customers and proactively connect with their teams.
- Support our customers day to day with their questions and solve gnarly technical issues simply
- Manage clients, be in involved in active salesÂ
- To build empathy for your customers and understand their needs
- Reduce complexity and provide simple solutions for our customers, delighting them in the process
- The ability to confidently present to groups of customers and get them excited about the product.
- Savvy with digital products and a desire to learn
