Customer Service Specialist

Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to support our customers across Mobile and Voice services.


This role sits between Sales and Delivery, helping customers from the moment a contract is signed through to service activation.
 

What you’ll do
  • Handle Level 2 customer issues and service faults

  • Diagnose problems and coordinate the path to resolution

  • Keep customers updated and ensure a smooth service experience

  • Support delivery of new products and activations (SIP trunks, mobile, MVNO)

  • Work with internal technical and provisioning teams

What you’ll bring
  • A basic understanding of how networks work (e.g., mobile + SIM + cell tower)

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Good problem-solving and organisation
