Job description

Are you passionate about Customer support? We have a great opening for a Customer Success Manager with our client in the Education / SaaS space. 

You will be managing two customer support specialists, owning customer success, streamlining processes, engaging with stakeholders, dealing with the sales team, owning the tools and more. 

Reporting into the CTO, and working with a great crew.
