We’re seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to drive the execution of cybersecurity initiatives within a critical domain for a large and regulated enterprise environment. 
The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in delivering complex technology initiatives—ideally within banking or financial services.


What you’ll do:

• Lead the planning, sequencing, and delivery of key cybersecurity initiatives related to threat remediation.
• Collaborate closely with leadership and technical teams to develop delivery plans and roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
• Work with cross-functional teams to scope and prioritise security remediation activities and ensure timely, quality delivery.
• Manage risks and ensure compliance with internal policies and health & safety standards.
• Promote a culture of proactive risk identification and continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle.

What you’ll bring:
Essential:

• Proven experience managing the delivery of technology initiatives within banking or financial services.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to develop, maintain, and drive roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Collaborative approach, with the ability to align cybersecurity goals with enterprise technology teams.
• Results-driven, with a strong focus on execution and meeting commitments.

Desirable:

• Experience in delivering cyber threat management or security remediation initiatives.
• Familiarity with compliance and risk management within large organisations.
