Our client is looking for a Deployment Engineer with Project planning experience to be responsible for the deployment of equipment into cell sites for their mobile network.

As a Deployment Engineer, you will manage the entire process from design to build, configuration, and implementation of equipment into the network. You will also be responsible for preparing documentation around site design, including specifications and drawings.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the deployment of equipment into cell sites (Node Bs) for the mobile network.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including RF and Transmission, to ensure successful deployment.
• Participate in the design and build phase of the project to ensure equipment deployment is aligned with the project plan.
• Configure and implement equipment into the network.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to site design, including specifications and drawings.
• Develop and maintain deployment schedules and budgets.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of equipment and services.
• Ensure equipment is deployed according to engineering standards and regulations.
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to identify any potential deployment issues.

Requirements:

• At least three years of experience in deployment engineering or a related field, ideally in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong knowledge of Node B equipment and its deployment.
• Experience with project management, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Familiarity with engineering standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as required.
