We are looking for an experienced Deployment Engineer to support BAU work across new sites, relocations and co-locations.
 

• Location: Auckland-based
• Working style: Mix of network site visits (travel to site covered by client), office and work from home

What you’ll be doing

• Identify and survey new and relocation sites, including power and backhaul feasibility
• Work with Property teams to support lease arrangements
• Liaise with RF Engineers to confirm technical requirements
• Manage power and fibre applications
• Coordinate on passive and active builds
• Oversee configuration coordination and build costs
• Conduct quality assurance surveys
• Attend Technical Forums to support and align build standards

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Deployment Engineer within telecommunications or network delivery
• Strong understanding of site acquisition, power, fibre and backhaul considerations
• Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders including RF, property, and build partners
• Strong coordination and delivery focus with attention to quality and cost
• Able to work independently across site visits, office-based work, and remote days
