They are looking for a passionate, customer focused Desktop Engineer to provide onsite and remote desktop support. Your responsibilities will include responding and resolving incidents and service requests as well as resolving hardware and software faults related to end-user devices.
We are looking for:
- Experience providing enterprise level technical support and customer-oriented service.
- Experience with Windows OS troubleshooting on Laptops and desktops.
- Device provisioning experience with Intune/ Autopilot and trouble shooting.
- Working with and troubleshooting MS Office, Office 365, MS Teams, SharePoint, One Drive etc.
