One of our leading clients here in the Wellington CBD is looking for Level 2 Desktop Engineer.

They are looking for a passionate, customer focused Desktop Engineer to provide onsite desktop support. Your responsibilities will include responding and resolving incidents and service requests as well as resolving hardware and software faults related to end-user devices. 

We are looking for:

• Experience providing enterprise level technical support and customer-oriented service.
• Experience with Windows OS troubleshooting on Laptops and Desktops.
• Experience with general PC troubleshooting, conference setup, MS365 support.
