We are seeking a skilled Desktop Engineer to join our clients team on a 6-month contract basis.
This will be an onsite role. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for Windows 10 desktop enterprise environment
• Use deployment tools such as SCCM to deploy software and updates
• Create and change group policies
• Support Office 365 and Exchange Online
• Work with endpoint protection products such as SEP and Defender
• Communicate effectively with end-users, vendors, and other team members
• Follow ITILv3 framework and principles
• Utilize PowerShell for scripting (bonus)

Requirements:

• Moderate level knowledge in ticketing tools (preferably Service Now)
• At least 2 years of experience in a Desktop role
• Experience in the support of Windows 10 desktop enterprise environment
• Familiarity with deployment tools such as SCCM
• Understanding of creating and changing group policies
• Experience with Office 365 and Exchange Online
• Familiarity with endpoint protection products such as SEP and Defender
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
• A basic understanding of ITILv3 framework and principles
• Bonus: experience with PowerShell for scripting
