Job description

Our client is looking for a Desktop Engineer (L1/L2) to join their team! 

About the role:
  • Provide exceptional technical assistance and support to end-users via phone, email, or chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and software applications.
  • You will be providing L1 and L2 general troubleshooting for our Enterprise client with 2000+ endpoints.
  • 3 month contract with potential for it to extend! 
  • WFH flexibility!

About you:

  • Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity / experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, on-prem and cloud 
  • Experience with supporting of a wide variety of applications
