About the role:
- Provide exceptional technical assistance and support to end-users via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
- Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and software applications.
- You will be providing L1 and L2 general troubleshooting for our Enterprise client with 2000+ endpoints.
- 3 month contract with potential for it to extend!Â
- WFH flexibility!
About you:
- Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity / experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, on-prem and cloudÂ
- Experience with supporting of a wide variety of applicationsÂ
