Job description

Our client is looking for a Senior Service Desk Analyst which is essentially a Level 2 DTS role. 

The role:
The role will encompass analysing and resolving technical issues with both desktop and phone systems as well as assisting in the maintenance of these and other underlying systems. You will be supporting their Trading Desk Traders so you'll need to be a strong people person who can build relationships, but also work in a methodical manner.

Responsibilities: 
  • Resolve day to day Service Desk issues, carry out planned work on internal systems and help with Digital projects
  • Configure and support cloud based systems as well as virtual technologies such as Azure and VMware VSphere
  • Over time you will also begin carrying out primary on-call tasks (typically on a 4 week rotation) 
  • Work with both internal and external partners to provide excellent service to staff

Our client is open minded about the tech experience you bring as team fit is the most important factor for this role and they are happy to teach some of the tech if need be. 

Please note that this role will require you to work on-site in Auckland CBD full time.
