Digital Channel Owner

Job description

We’re looking for a Digital Channel Owner to lead the strategy, deliver and optimise self-service digital channels.


In this role, you will manage the end-to-end experience across e-commerce, online retail, and knowledge platforms. You’ll champion customer-centric design and drive digital adoption to improve customer journeys, streamline experiences and increase efficiency across the business.


Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in digital channel ownership, self-service management, or digital product management within an IT, telecommunications or service-based environment
  • Strong understanding of customer experience design, UX, digital service delivery, and adoption strategies
  •  Experience working with knowledge management platforms, customer portals, or vendor self-service tools
  •  Experience in online e-commerce and buy journeys, including developing and optimising capabilities to drive sales outcomes
  •  Demonstrated ability to use analytics, reporting, and customer insights to inform decisions and measure outcomes
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to deliver enhancements and initiatives in partnership with cross-functional teams
  • Vendor management and stakeholder engagement experience
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex digital strategies into clear, actionable outcomes
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in business, digital, or technology disciplines (preferred but not essential)
