This person will be managing 4 Lead Engineers, work alongside product and delivery managers to establish governance, help up skill the teams, recruitment, retention plans, alignment of the technical direction, coaching/mentoring, engineering practices, help deliver products, strategy and more. 

Some that has the ability to build strong alignment with their team to a company's vision and strategy, has great leadership qualities, motivate and drive results. 

Ideally looking for someone from a Software Development background, experience with Cloud would be a nice to have.
