We have an exciting opportunity as Engineering Manager available here in Wellington. This will be working for a small-medium sized company with a strong focus in IT. 

This person will be responsible for the engineering teams success, doing regular one-on-ones, making sure they have the tools and support to succeed. Working with the engineering leadership team, defining strategy, road-map, product health, working closely with the exec team.
