Our Client is Looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team of talented engineers in a fast-paced SAAS environment!

As Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the success of software engineering projects and the productivity of the team. 
• Leading a team of skilled Technical Leads and Software Engineers to develop and deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.
• Working closely with the product managers and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. 
• Managing the project timelines, ensuring that the team is working efficiently and effectively, and delivering on time and within budget.
• Collaborating with other teams to drive innovation and growth

About you: 

• Strong background in software engineering, including experience managing a team of software engineers. 
• Proven track record of delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.
• Experience working in a SAAS environment or product environment, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities that come with it.
