Engineering Manager

Now, we’re looking for a forward-thinking Engineering Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional software and systems teams to deliver robust, scalable, and secure technology solutions that support the delivery and operation of Kordia’s services internally and externally.
In this role, you will:
Provides strategic and technical leadership across software development, DevOps, and systems engineering
Provide leadership and focus on automation, service reliability and operational efficiency.
You’ll bring:
8+ years’ experience in senior engineering roles, preferably gained within telecommunications, broadcasting, technology or related industries.
3+ years’ experience in a technical leadership position, preferably managing both systems and software teams.
Experience in leading, mentoring and managing engineering professionals, developing talent, managing performance and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation and growth, while ensuring operational efficiency as best practice standards.
Demonstrated experience delivering transformation initiatives and uplifting engineering capability.
Strong background in modern software architecture, systems integration, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), automation, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and API management.
