Our client has a newly created position for an Enterprise Systems Lead to join their team as they go through a period of growth! This is a key role supporting and maintaining internal environments so the company can work and collaborate efficiently and securely. 

About the role:

• Leading a squad that supports internal IT applications, service desk and IT operations practices
• Manage our clients' cloud-based infrastructure and tooling stack in all non-production and production environments
• Manage IT relationships with the company suppliers, service providers and vendor
• Support our client's compliance journey in the IT space and ensure policies and procedures are up to date and followed
• Implement and maintain solid processes to establish a ServiceDesk for client's internal and external customers

About you: 

• 5+ years experience deploying, configuring, monitoring and supporting distributed infrastructure systems in a cloud environment and have an understanding of security, reliability, scalability and platform management topics in a real-time (always on) customer production deployment.
• Strong background in operational support and sound knowledge of ITIL operational applications with experience working in an operational environment.
• Have experience in cloud networking and platforms
• Demonstrable process and procedure design, implementation and documentation skills
• Have Microsoft 365 certification to the administrative level and champion growing Microsoft 365 infrastructure using automation
• Experience with cloud-based MDM solutions
• Strong background in running JIRA products (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, OpsGenie) efficiently in a large environment
• Experience with Azure AD, Sophos EPS, Wifi infrastructure, and MacOS-based hardware
