Job description

As a Graduate/Junior IP Engineer, you will work closely with a team of top-flight technical experts to design access and aggregation solutions that meet the customer's defined business requirements. You will be at the forefront of cutting-edge technology and will play a key role in delivering comprehensive and robust solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Design access and aggregation solutions to meet customer's defined business requirements
• Understand the Access product range to provide design and solution verification and validation capabilities
• Write various types of documents to support the test and deployment of products (e.g. Test strategy, Test Plan, Software upgrade procedure, Migration procedure, etc.)
• Investigate and resolve any faults found during the test campaign, which usually involves escalation to TEC/R&D for more in-depth investigation and analysis
• Work together with other teams in the organization for efficient project delivery
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Passion for technology and innovation
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing Protocols (BGP, OSPF), MPLS, L2/L3 VPN, and QoS
• Experience with Nokia/Alcatel-Lucent routers and switches (preferred but not required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
