Head of BSS

Now, we’re looking for a forward-thinking Head of BSS to help us lead our next digital evolution. This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll be responsible for shaping and leading the strategic direction, transformation and operational performance of Kordia’s BSS platforms to enable business growth, digital maturity, and service excellence. This position plays a key role in the BSS function, delivering scalable, reliable and future-ready solutions that support key business functions.

In this role, you will:

Oversee the full lifecycle of all core BSS platforms, from strategic planning and design through to implementation, optimisation, and decommissioning, ensuring they are secure, compliant, and cost-effective. 
Drive the simplification and integration of BSS with adjacent systems, embedding automation and data-driven insights, and leading the transition to modular, cloud native architectures.

You’ll bring:

10+ years’ experience in senior technology leadership positions leading BSS, platform or enterprise systems, preferably gained within telecommunications, broadcasting, technology or related industries.
Proven ability to lead large-scale system transformation and change initiatives, with a track record of delivering digital transformation initiatives, particularly involving system modernisation, cloud migration, and automation.
Thrive in complex, evolving environments and lead teams through change with clarity and confidence.
Ability to champion digital capability, foster innovation, and adopt emerging technologies to improve outcomes.
Deep understanding of Business Support Systems (BSS) architecture, platforms and components.
Working experience of ERP’s and ServiceNow.
Expertise in cloud-native architectures, API integration and platform modernisation.
