You will be a provide technical leadership, people and project management to the entire engineering team. In the capacity of HOE, this role will be less hands-on, but you must of come from a Cloud Development and Delivery background and experience in new ways of working.
Above all, you will be a delivery focused leader, capable of developing a sustainable world class software engineering team. A software development engineer by background and have demonstrable people leadership experience. You will be required to understand software delivery in a start-up environment balanced with the rigor needed to build enterprise grade products Driving the vision, design, strategy and process to take product initiatives into pipelines to include features and then into build and release through Agile processes.
In addition, we have a Technical Lead permanent position available whereby you get to work with the newest technologies, since our clients Software is young - there will be the chance to offer advice in the latest features and tooling.
