The role will involve both BAU System Support and managing risk:Â
- Ensure HR technology delivery to stakeholders including administration and oversight of HR Information Systems.
- Partner closely with People Technology Manager and HR leaders to ensure that HR systems and reporting are meeting current needs and aligned to future strategic business initiatives.
- Be accountable for maintaining and developing process integration across our HR technology platforms, including on-premise software and cloud solutions.
 Your skills:Â
- 3yrs + experience supporting a HR System, preferably ServiceNow HRSD, SAP HR & Payroll, SuccessFactors, Snaphire
- Project Management and/or BA Skills
- Test Management
- Relationship management, internal teams and external vendors
- Change management
- User adoption
