Our client is on the lookout for a IAM Engineer to support and maintain our clients Internal and Customer IAM platforms.

Role responisbilities:

• Upgrades and Patches: Stay current with the latest Ping releases, security patches, and updates. Plan and implement IAM platform upgrades to ensure system security and performance.
• Enhancement Implementation: Execute enhancements as designed by the IAM architect or SME.
• Incident Management: Lead P2 incidents and consult with SMEs as needed. Assist with P1 incidents by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the platform.
• Bug Fixes: Address and resolve bugs within the platform.
• Monitoring and Logging: Set up monitoring and logging mechanisms using Prometheus to detect and respond to security incidents related to IAM systems.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain thorough documentation of IAM systems, configurations, and processes to support team knowledge sharing.

Required Experience:

• Platform upgrades (Ping AM, DS, IG, IDM)
• Custom script development (Groovy/JavaScript) for AM trees
• Custom connector development (Groovy) for Identity Management
• REST API development (Java or PHP)
• Experience with Prometheus and Grafana
• Policy and configuration automation using AM and IDM APIs
• Writing rewrite rules for Httpd and Tomcat
• LDAP schema development
• Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
