Our client is looking for an Infrastructure Asset Manager to work across the business. You will be responsible for asset management across structural towers, buildings, energy (generators & heating) and fire systems.

To be successful in this role, you must have strong asset management, operational excellence and continuous improvement experience across passive infrastructure.

Required skills:

• 7+ years in a senior asset management role, preferably managing passive and/or energy infrastructure.
• Demonstrate an understanding of electrical standards, codes and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and safe operation of energy systems.
• Knowledge of renewable energy systems, energy storage, and efficiency optimisation.
• Proven experience managing high-value asset portfolios across the full lifecycle — from procurement and deployment to maintenance and decommissioning.
