Our client is looking for a Structural Infrastructure Asset Manager to work across the business. You will be responsible for structural asset management across towers, buildings, energy (generators & heating) and fire systems.
To be successful in this role, you must have strong asset management, operational excellence and continuous improvement experience across passive infrastructure.

- 7+ years in a structural asset management role, preferably managing passive and/or energy infrastructure.
- Demonstrate an understanding of electrical standards, codes and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and safe operation of energy systems.
- Knowledge of renewable energy systems, energy storage, and efficiency optimisation.
- Proven experience managing high-value asset portfolios across the full lifecycle — from procurement and deployment to maintenance and decommissioning.
