Job description
We’re looking for an engaging and relationship-focused Intermediate Business Analyst to join a collaborative Digital Team delivering customer and business-focused initiatives.
This is not a heavily technical BA role. Instead, we’re seeking someone who thrives on stakeholder engagement, understands business processes and customer journeys, and can bring people together to drive meaningful product outcomes.
You’ll work closely with Product Owners and Delivery Leads, partnering with a wide range of business units across the organisation, including teams outside of Digital. The role requires someone confident building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, facilitating conversations, gathering requirements, and helping shape solutions that deliver real business value.

What you’ll be doing:
- Engaging with business stakeholders and end users across the organisation
- Building strong working relationships with senior leaders and delivery teams
- Facilitating workshops, discussions, and requirement gathering sessions
- Supporting customer journey mapping and business process improvement
- Translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements
- Working closely with Product Owners and Delivery Leads to support successful delivery outcomes
- Helping align business priorities with product and customer value
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum proven 5 years experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to build credibility and relationships across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience with customer journey mapping and business process analysis
- Confident facilitating discussions and navigating ambiguity
- A collaborative, proactive, and people-focused approach
