$60,000 base + carpark 

Are you a highly motivated IT professional looking for an exciting opportunity to manage day-to-day operations and contribute to the success of a dynamic organization? We are seeking an IT Operations Specialist to join our client's team.
As an IT Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal network and system performance, managing network devices, and providing support to the IT Manager in various projects. If you have a passion for technology and a desire to make a difference, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor network and system performance to ensure operational efficiency and timely issue resolution.
  • Set up and remove network devices as needed, ensuring seamless connectivity and functionality.
  • Regularly review the network infrastructure and identify areas for improvement, implementing necessary changes and enhancements.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for TPG employees to enhance their technical skills and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements.
  • Collaborate with the IT Manager on larger-scale projects, providing valuable insights and support.
  • Develop and maintain relevant reporting mechanisms to provide management with the data needed for informed decision-making.
  • Ensure all network components are up-to-date and performing optimally.
  • Manage Office admin portal (Office 365), Azure Online, and Active Directory to maintain a secure and efficient IT environment.
  • Expertly handle Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and MS Teams.
  • Configure and manage Windows Server 2012 and 2022, including Windows licensing management.
  • Install and configure Windows 10/11 Pro, ensuring seamless integration with the domain.
  • Preferred understanding (not pre-required): Papercut Printer services, VLAN configuration, on-site switch management, Hybrid On-premises, Cloud Setups with Microsoft, Fuji Xerox Print services, Ubiquiti Hardware and switch management.
Essential Skills:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a corporate IT environment.
  • Strong motivation and empowerment skills to drive efficient operations and support team members.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong relationship management skills to foster collaborative working relationships.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and MS Teams.
  • Proficiency in Office admin portal (Office 365) and Azure Online management.
  • Experience in Active Directory management and Windows Server 2012 and 2022.
  • Knowledge of Windows licensing management and Windows 10/11 Pro installation and configuration.
  • Ability to join devices to the domain, ensuring seamless connectivity.
