We are looking for hands on Tech Manager, work in line with the current Tech Manager. Someone who is broad, has worked in a business that has multiple applications, CRM's ERP, knowledge of networking/infra is a plus too. 
We want someone who has a wide tech stack knowledge and someone who has worked in small/medium companies predominiatly 


The role:
·         Work along with the head of IT to ensure the smooth operating of the IT function- both at software application level and some infrastructure. 
·         Manage the IT team along with head of IT and work with them to develop and implement processes and procedures that improve efficiency and productivity.
·         Manage, monitor, control and support all software applications, overall networks, infrastructure and devices as and when needed.
·         Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments and branches to provide support and upskill and train them.
·         Assist with managing all IT contracts and vendor relationships to ensure deliverables are met.
·         You will be trained on Salesforce and will be responsible for integrating it into various departments through documentation, training, and continuous improvement.
·         As part of our IT team, you will work with various stakeholders creating strategic plans to implement and improvise technological applications 
·         Work with developers (local or overseas) to develop, test (UAT) and implement either new software applications or new features on existing applications.

The right candidate:

·         Experience in systems- 8+ years of experience working in IT operations and 2+ years of experience in a senior IT position. You will have experience in SQL, ERP, CRM and Software architecture. Experience in Salesforce is not essential but will be beneficial.
·         Communication skills - You will be able to manage stakeholders at both business and technical level and be able to put your ideas forward in group settings and in writing.
·         Efficient and Effective- You will be a fast learner; creative problem solver and you will enjoy finding technical solutions to complex business problems.
·         Project Management Skills- You will have excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritise. You will have strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
