Our client requires a Project Manager to help with workstreams that require completion with some containing temporary workarounds needing a final solution, including:
Commercial & Partnerships: Action relates to disputes resolution and other tidy up of contracts that need to be in place.
Installer Readiness: We have an interim solution with our provider which needs to evolve from a temporary swivel chair to a full automated solution.
Journey Mapping: There are a number of interim workflow journeys in place that still require build work to become final.Â
App Functionality: An app has been designed and to be released, the remaining functionality needs to be tested and released.
Web Functions: Web features are in place with more to come. Coordination of testing between Core and BaS needs to happen so remaining backend requirements are implemented and tested in pre live and production. This is to work in alignment with the Web Project Manager who manages front end feature testing and implementation.
Customer Care: To ensure that all remaining Care tasks are completed.
Salesforce: Assess any gaps and manage remaining SOW requirements that need to be implemented by our Salesforce Partner.
Service Delivery Model: Service Delivery Model (Full Solution) to be completed and integrated into Operations Process (Interim in place now).
Technology Stack: Core and Billing actions to be completed.
Devices: Any remaining devices issues to be addressed with Vendor and managed until all fixes are in place.
E2E Testing: Work with and coordinate remaining E2E test sceneries with Test Team.
In addition the right candidate will need an understanding Jira, Teams, Excel. There is also a governance structure to manage with running Project and Quality meetings.
